Thursday Men's Group

Head over to YouVersion Mosaic Men's Group. Look for the actual event on the right side of the page.

"Mosaic @ Caffe Ladro Thursdays 0700 AM".

Stay Tuned...

We'll soon be announcing a baptism service, in August!
Time and Place
We welcome you to join us Sunday 10:00 a.m.
in the urban village of Issaquah Highlands
on Park Drive
at Grand Ridge Elementary School

We'll see you there!
This Sunday @ Mosaic
Have you ever been around that person that always has to be right? You know the one. They argue over the smallest stuff and seem to take pride in their "right-ness."

Even when all evidence is against them, they find some way, some angle on how they were really right even though they were wrong!

What if you're that person? Are you aware of the subtle difference between being right and being righteous?

Being right is such a fragile thing and tough to hold onto.

Being righteous is more relational and something that can be given to others.

Which one do you want?

Join the conversation this Sunday as we near the end of our journey through the Acts of the Apostles.

And bring a friend!
Mosaic in the Park!
On Sunday, August 8 come join your friends for a celebration gathering and a relevant message. Then, we walk next door the Central Park for a picnic and just hanging out together!

Wear comfortable, picnic clothes. Bring picnic food for you and yours and maybe a couple other people. We'll have a grill on-site as well! Don't forget your frisbee or whatever you like to have fun doing at a picnic!
After Acts
The next teaching series at Mosaic will use current movies as parables to discuss the truth from scripture.

Nominate you favorite movie for the series. Use the Connect cards on Sundays to suggest your idea.

Or, use this as an opportunity to sign up for the online giving option on our website.
In Pocket?
One of the ways for you to follow along, even if you are not with us in person, is to use the Internet tool of "youversion."

Youversion offers a downloadable Bible for your phone, and through that software you can access Live Events associated with Mosaic.

There is one for a weekly Thursday morning men's group and there will be one for our Sunday gatherings as well.

Just go on the youversion site and click on the "community" tab. Then search for "groups" by using the phrase Mosaic Seattle.

Check it out at this link! See you this Sunday.
Soul Cravings Study
Ladies, join us Monday nights, 7-8:30pm at Megan's house for a discussion and study group, as we read through Erwin McManus's Soul Cravings together.

Soul Cravings is an "exploration of the human spirit," discussing our need for intimacy, love, ambition, destiny, origin and meaning.  "There are cravings within me... that pull on me like an addiction... Beyond my flesh, beyond my mind, beyond my heart...  My soul craves, but for what I don't know."

Please join us again this Monday, July 19th; tuition is still f.r.e.e.  After all, "can't buy me love."  Come join the fun! For more information, contact Megan.

Build Community & Connect by Serving!
If you'd like to join or start a group near you just let us know by emailing Mosaic Groups.

Groups can be simple gatherings of about 8 to 20 people that get together to share some food and honest discussion about how to live life better. Groups range from topical discussions such as relationships to systematically exploring sections of scripture. There are no prerequisites about "knowing the Bible" or sharing personal stuff.
------------------------------------------------
You can further connect to Mosaic by serving somewhere in one of the various ministry opportunities.

You can play with expensive technical equipment, hang out with kids or teenagers, make people feel welcome, mentor others, or whatever you are passionate about doing.

Let's talk about what you want; start by emailing Mosaic Serve.

Use new website for Internet speed tests
Your Internet download speeds may feel more sluggish that promised, the reason may be geographic rather than technological. Washington State Department of Information Services has launched a new website for you to test download and upload speeds, and compare to advertised speeds.

Launching a new section of the Washington Broadband Mapping Program, the department has added new features to include a statewide interactive map (with 13 data layers), and a speed test application for users, found at wabroadbandmapping.org

Enjoy.
